Our Terms and Agreement

SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Southern Maryland Web Works is a Web Site Provider, providing storage of Internet Web Sites and development of Internet Web Sites.

CONDITIONS: These Terms of Agreement constitute a contract between Southern Maryland Web Works and the Customer and does not extend to any other person or entity. Southern Maryland Web Works does not agree to provide storage for or develop "Adult" Internet Web Sites. Southern Maryland Web Works does not allow any Customer to send unsolicited electronic mail.

WARRANTIES: The Customer acknowledges that Southern Maryland Web Works makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied. As a result, the Customer agrees that Southern Maryland Web Works shall not be liable to the Customer for any claims or damages which may be suffered by the Customer, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions.

INFORMATION: The utilization of any data or information received by the Customer from the utilization of the service to be provided by Southern Maryland Web Works is at the Customer's risk. Southern Maryland Web Works can not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or quality of information obtained through the services provided.

PAYMENT: The first payment is due at the time Southern Maryland Web Works services are requested. Subsequent payments are due according to the selected fee schedule. In the event that the Customer fails to pay for services in advance, Southern Maryland Web Works shall be entitled to terminate and discontinue the service until payment is made.

SERVICE REVOCATION: If at any time, Southern Maryland Web Works believes that the service is being used for unlawful purposes, including copyright violation, by the Customer or is not in agreement with the terms presented here, Southern Maryland Web Works may immediately discontinue such service to the Customer without liability.

CHANGES IN TERMS OF AGREEMENT: Southern Maryland Web Works reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Agreement upon thirty (30) days notice to the Customer.
